Cage shed -1 km away form the village .

There should not be any development for about 10 to 15 years .

Deep litter -1 km  away form the village.

The road to be good condition for passage of heavy trucks.

The  water availability ,quality  and quantity to be good in the surrounding area.

The L.S to be collect the water sample in the sterilised  water  container and take  them to  the regional lab  for lab testing .

The lab report  is given to the branch manager through mail stating whether  it is  accepted / not accepted.

The LS to identify the behaviour of the farmer why talking with him.once all these parameters are ok then the DGM along with the manager has to be visit the form and verify all those above satisfied parameter are good.the decision to verify all the terms and condition on service charges to the farmer. Finally all these reports are completed to the decision and then he has to across check and only needed basic he also need to visit the land.

TRI PARTY AGRIMENT 

The farmer to be communicate with the branch manager through phone and finally the date and time of meeting with the DGM and branch manager for signing the agreement.one the day of signing the agreement process farmer to bring the following documents to the office.

1-title deed 

2-VAO certificate 

3-address proof ration card

4-electric city bill

5-land tax receipt

Partnership form net partnership deed xerox. Bank details required.

the document are verified and if it is OK then the agreement is signed by the farmer and DGM and it is sent to the bank.the confirmation letter stating the request for the issue of loan is given to the bank with the signature of the DGM. The farmer 2 to approach the branch periodically for the receipt of the loan.

START OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

When the loan get section the former to communicate with the branch manager through phone and canal is the date and time of visit by branch manager to the new farm. The BM to educate the farmer about the guideline for the contraction of said to the time of visit.
