SOP FOR MEDICATION IN THE POULTRY FARM

 OBJECTIVE

To provide the birds with exposure to the infectious organism this promotes a good immunological response.

The active protects the birds subsequent  field  challenge and /or provides passive  protection ,via maternally derived  antibody to the progeny.

RECEIVE OF ANTIBIOTIC MEDICINES SCHEDULES

before the arrival of 6:00 received the approval schedules for antibiotic medicines for divisional head.

Age in day 1:-first water:-dip the big in glucose or sugar water 30ml per litre of water at 6:00 received. Second water -plain water. Third water -plain water .

Age in 2days:-pulmotil.6 ml/1000 chicks .Water 10 ml/ chicks.2 nd water- plain water,3rd water- plain water.

Age in 3 days :- pulmotil 6 ml/ 1000 chicks. Water 10 ml per chicks . 2nd water plain water,3rd water plain water.

Age in 4 th day :- Sugi Mix If  needed plain water  3rd water plain water .

If  Amoxyillin given,it should be given through continuous water.Amoxcillin 40mg/kg /day.Amoxcillin can be given only if the  flock is having symptoms  of infection.

Ensure all the water to be sanitized during medication. After the fulmotil or amoxycillin  treatment give sugai probio ws.

The AMP  schedules to be prepared the same to be displayed in the farm office.

PREPARATION OF TIAMUTIN HYDROGEN FUMIRATE 

1-Pulmotil - 1ml per 10 kg body weight.Two three days for treatment.

2-Avilosin -1 gm per 20 kg body weight ,Two to three days for treatment 

3-Tiamulincan 80%1 gm per 26 kg body weight .Three days for the treatments.

4-All AMPs  should be given 8 to 12 hours in continuous water.  Note to give as pluse dose 

5-TIAMULIN

6-Take the recommended amount of TIAMUTIN  Hydrogen fumirate powder and mix it with the lukewarm water to obtain a paste.Add water Slowly and still further. Final stock solution to be filtered.

6-Then dissolve the paste into the tank .Also add recommended amount of saccharine 100gm/1000 litter of water and then add H2O2 into it. Based on the below mentioned table the recommended amount of additives to be added.

7-Pulmotil can be added with 5 litters water to prepare stock solution and can be mixed with the water to be given to the birds.

7-Avilosin -Take ane to two liter of water and added required quantity of Avilosin  stir well while adding to get clear stock solution .This can be added with the water to be given to be the chicks.

8-in grower and layer the water is made available to the words through enable or by placing the drinker 40 words for drinker.
