OVER HEAD SHED TANK AND DRINKER /NIPPLE LINE CLEANING IN THE POULTRY FARM

Tank cleaning 

*Drain the water tank completely by opening the outlet valve.Once water gets completely drained sprinkle the bleaching powder (As required ) in the tank .Rub the  side .Bottom and top cover of the tank using coir brush /broomstick . 

*Then wash the tank with plain water . Simultaneously ,open  the tank outlet valve to drain the water completely ...Ensure the workers were hand gloves at the time of sprinkle bleaching powder in the tank .

NIPPLE/DRINKER PIPELINE CLEANING 

*Open the outlet valve located in the end of the drinker/nipple pipe in the water . left the drinking system .

*Then pour H2O2 @50 ml per litter of water in the tank .Open the outlet  valve of the water tank.

*Ensure the flow  of H2O2 water till the end of the pipeline .Then close the outlet valve .keep the filled solution in the drinker//nipple  for 6-12 hours then open the outlet  and ensure the medicated water is fully drained .clean the tank fill with fresh water .

*Then open the pipeline inlet and using the fresh water in the tank  to flush the entire pipeline and house .water holding capacity /one feet length pipe ; 1 inch pipe ;210 ml /feet and 3/4  inch pipe 170 ml per feet length 

CAUSTIC SODA WASHING 

Wash the floor with caustic soda 3 kg per 1000 sq feet .Mix the caustic soda  in water (3 kg in 25 litter of water for 1000 sq feet)Then  pour /wet all the floor&side  wall,pillars up to 3 feet height .keep 5 litter can with handle .cut the lid area .Make holes at the bottom .take the mixed water .Then  make all floor ..

The person inside should wear gun boots and hand gloves .Scrub the  floor and walls thoroughly with broom .The floor should be wet for minimum 12 hours .If the floor is dried ,spray the plain water on the floor using car washer/power sprayer...

In the previous factor for this water can be used in the outside up to 3 feet. In case  farm caustic soda to be used for platform.  The Soil  under  the cage can be sprayed with this caustic soda water. If the cat form is previously affected, use this under soil treatment compulsory.Wash  the floor after 24 hours. If necessary,we can repeat the same treatment after 2 days. Allow the  shed to dry.

SALT WATER SPRAY

Use the common salt 350 gram per litre of water. Spray on the floor, Walls 25 litre for thousand square feet. Deep all the equipment ropes in this salt  solution prior  to fitting. This help in controlling coocidiosis. Side curtain arrangement. Side curtain can be tied around ka entire shed . Used to cutting one from top. One from bottom. The side curtain are made of pp/HDPE woven sack. One curtain is tied in the upper part and the other curtain is tied in the lower part. Winter Durable cotton close ceiling curtain. Summer curtain should  be without damage and falls of side curtain + movable ceiling curtains.according to the place and climate according to arrangement of side curtain to be made.

WHITE WASH 

white wash to be done by the mixing of limestone 10kg process 100 litre of water close to later formalin for area. Shed floor, fillers, side wall, labour and staff quarter and usable room.

DISINFECTANT SPRAY

Use formalin 20 by 30 ml for litre of water. Use the first spray. Spray from the roof to button. Use disinfect for the next spray as sugi ox /204/207/TH,5gm/litter or 5ml/litter of water .. sprey the shed dailly. For  terminal disinfect used bioguard ml for litre of water. Bioguard bi can be used for keeping the equipment before placement inside the shed.

FUMIGATION OF SHED 

3 days before chicks arrival from fumigation to be carried out inside the shed  with all the equipment place within the shed .

Wet the floor and walls before fumigation. 8 gram KMnO4 and 1.6 ml formalin for cubic feet. 1 gram bleaching powder into ML farmaline for cubic feet.

Ling powder sprinkling

After completion of cleaning use slim powder plus bleaching powder as 9:1 roti and sprinkler outside the shed. Use upto 10 feet from the shed walls. Dosage : 9 kg lime powder + 1 kg bleaching powder.

Lock the shed 

after completing all the procedure keep the set under lock to avoid unnecessary personal movement.

COOL ROOM AND FEED ROOM CLEANING

Feed room to be cleaned As  per the shed cleaning procedure. Cold room floor and side wall to wash and feet room and cool room side wall and floor to be working with cuso4. Copper sulphate 5 gram per litre of water. Cleaning for cleaning of the other use room. Remove the the core web and dust particles from the security room.

Office room, stop in labour quarters, feed room, store room, genset room. White was all the rooms As per white washing procedure. Disinfect spray to be done to all rooms.

HUSK PREPARATION 

A after receive of husk spray formalin 20.-30 ml / letter of water. Instead of spray filled half bag husk. Then 400ml  formal inside the bag. Then put 50 gram of formaldehyde.
