SUMMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE POULTRY FARM

 Summer management system in the poultry farm.this procedure explain the steps are initiated for reducing the heat stress of birds in summer. The procedure cover control at the time of feeding ,watering and ventilation ,care of hatching eggs litter management.

PRE-ARRANGEMENTS 

1-outside cleaning

2-roof covering with agro waste or white wash on the tiles .

18-drinker and nipple height

55 to 75 degree fahrenheit:-thermal neutral zone. The temperature range is which the parts does not need to to alter its basic metabolic rate or Bihari aur to maintain its body temperature.

65 to 75 degree fahrenheit-: ideal temperature range.

75 to 85 degree fahrenheit-:a slight reduction in feed consumption can be expected.

85 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit-: feed consumption falls further.Weight gain are lower/production may be reduced/mortality will occurs in havey birds . Cooling procedure should be started before this temperature range is reached.

90 to 95 degree fahrenheit-:  feed consumption continuous to drop. There is some danger of hit prostration among layers specially the heavier Birds can and those in full production and mortality will cure in heavy Birds. At this temperature cooling procedure must be carried out.

90 to 100 degree fahrenheit-: heat prostration  is problem. Emergency measures may be needed. FIR conjunction are reduce and mortality will increase in heavy Birds. Water consumption is very high.

Over 100 degree fahrenheit-: emergency measures are needed to cool Birds. Survival is the concern at this temperature. Mortality increased in heavy birds.

FACILITIES REQUIRED

Cover the tiles with 3 inches thickness with available agro based it will help to insulate the heat into the shed. Monkey top  observed roof coverd with agro waste will help to exhaust the heated air from the shed. White washing the rooftiles will help to reduce heat around 9'f temp.indide the shed. Grow trees and creeper do not fruits it will reduce heat temperature around 5degree fahrenheit. Do not keep any hit reflecting material like stones and iron materials surrounding the shed. Tu to reduce the heat stroke among the birds. Provide 6 feet side pandal/samiyana in both side of the set to avoid entry to sunlight. Provide green shade net extension to minimum for flat at Southern side of the Shed roof. Allowed our grass to grow outside the set up to 2 and 3 inches height reduce the heat radiation. Switch on the fan to reduce the temperature when the temperature increase above 90 degree Fahrenheit in abnormal behaviour in birds painting such as panting. Do aerial spray inside the set with disinfected water. Do fogging spray to maintain the coolness inside the shed. It should always be misty. Ensure the proper cleaning of the nipple to avoid water droplet. Clean and sanitize water only recommended  for fogger water spray. Ice can be provided in the water tank to get cool mist. Change the pellet type pellet to mass if necessary. Start reading at 03:30 am in case of Feed remaining in the feeder it can be e lower down during the evening it necessary based on. It will motivate birds eat feed on cooling time.lift Fida at 8 a.m. in case of field remaining in the feeder it can be lower down during the evening if necessary based on the temperature it so wrong the figure while lying down. Sundays at feeding time there will necessary of operating fan and fogger. Fan and father to be started 1 hour before expected temperature in crease. Fan and fogger should be stopped half an hour after the the panthing stop. In summer day fast water can be provided with VIT c 30 to 50 gram per  thousand words. Gently working well help the birds to stand up and drink. This also prevent hit condition from later. AvoidTank water getting heated by direct sunlight during summer. White paint the water tank and making penthal for erect water tank inside the shed. Adjust the pipeline  provide additional basins to give water.  Empty readers also can be used the provide water. To allow the cool water in the pipeline provide ise cubes in drinking water. Use of mud pot will provide cool water and better consumption. Clean the drinkers in pipeline system close out the water from pipeline frequently. To allow the cool water frequently push out the water from the nipple line in check by putting your plam plan on the the would pipeline tell your field coolness. NCR water level in the tenth drinker at II and III. Provide extra drinker to motivate the birds to drink more water.
